I led roughly 10 CMMS implementations across manufacturing and petrochemical environments, migrating legacy maintenance data from text and Excel into structured databases, defining asset hierarchies, standardizing PM/PdM and work-order workflows, and building KPI/reporting structures that made maintenance planning and governance more reliable.
