Conducted full enterprise process mapping of aircraft maintenance operations across engineering, planning, stock control, and quality functions. Over a three-month engagement, I documented the operational flows, system interactions, and organizational interfaces needed to make the maintenance environment understandable and improvable at the enterprise level.
